This distorted wave form does not allow the other source components to operate at their peak level of performance. To prevent this from happening, the Ultra Wedge is equipped with damping circuitry which will smooth out the distorted wave form. For systems with very large, high current amplifiers, the Ultra Power Enhancer 2 or 2-20 offers additional damping circuitry as well as extra filtering.
